Before I dive into my story and how I got to where I am now, let me explain what Thirty Seven Co is, and how I can help you and your business. Thirty Seven Co is where you come when you’re done guessing, and ready to take real action, make real moves, and build a real business. Most of the women who step into my world have already achieved so much. I’m talking about hitting incredible income months, building something that was meant to be sustainable, and making money doing what they love.

But then you hit that point, the unknown. You start feeling confused, overwhelmed, and unsupported every time you open your laptop, your business becomes more of a task than something you actually enjoy. That’s where I step in.

I started my first business at 16, I didn’t even realise it was a business at the time. I was just turning a hobby (makeup) into something that could distract me from my anxiety. It blew up fast. I was packing 50 to 100 orders a day, making multiple four figures a month, and trying to juggle it all while still in college… which I dropped out of after three months. This was mid-COVID, yep, I was one of those people with a lockdown business. But it worked.

That business, Thirty Seven Shop, showed me I was made for more. It sparked my obsession with marketing (more on that next), and made it clear that corporate life was never going to be for me.

So I started again. This time as a social media manager. I built up my client base, but quickly realised I’d created something that didn’t feel right. Clients weren’t respecting my time, I felt disconnected, and it wasn’t sustainable. That’s when everything shifted. I invested in support, I made real changes, and I stepped into the role I was meant to be in, a coach.

From £800 months to £8K+ sales months in 3 months. £17K sales weeks. I’ve rebuilt my business from the ground up, travelled while working, and now get to work with clients who are actually a dream to lead.

And I’m only just getting started.

My Marketing Journey

Now that you know the business side, let’s talk about the first real love of my life, marketing.

Growing up, I never really had “my thing.” I danced for years, did theatre, but never felt like I stood out. But when I found marketing? Everything clicked. I remember thinking, holy shit, this is it. This is what I’m meant to do.

It started with Thirty Seven Shop. Every single order, every sale, that was content marketing doing the heavy lifting. I knew how to tell a story, pull people in, and get them to care. It wasn’t just about what I sold, it was how I sold it. That’s when I realised I was good. Like, really good. So I did an apprenticeship to get qualified. Still had no clue what path I’d take, business? Corporate? Something else?

I tried corporate. Hated it. Loved the work, hated the environment. Too rigid, no creativity. I needed more freedom, more expression, more me.

When I became a social media manager, everything evolved again. It was real-world learning. I was in the backend of client businesses, learning what actually drives conversions, what gets ignored, what makes content convert. No course could’ve taught me that. That experience is still one of the biggest reasons my clients get results now, because I’ve seen what works behind the scenes, not just on paper.

I don’t just love marketing. I live it. I teach it in a way that actually makes sense. No jargon. No fake urgency. Just clarity, creativity, and content that lands.

What makes me different?

I’m not going to sit here and say I’ll “be your best friend” or “be in your business with you”, even if I am. Every coach says that. Here’s what actually makes me different:

It’s the experience.

Not just my marketing experience, though that’s a big part of it. It’s the fact I’ve run a business. Built one from scratch. Navigated growth, burnout, big months, dry months, all while managing anxiety, dyslexia, and the way my neurodivergent brain works.

That matters. Because most coaches don’t get that. They coach from a place of performance, not personal experience. I don’t do one-size-fits-all. Everyone in my world gets something different, because everyone needs something different. That’s how I coach. I meet you where you are, not where I think you “should” be.

I’m also just a 22-year-old girl who gets it. I’m not going to sit above you and talk down. I want to grow with you, not in front of you. Some days I’ll be the coach calling you forward. Some days I’ll be the shoulder you need. That’s the kind of space I run. No performance, no pressure. Just real support, grounded strategy, and a business that finally fits you.
